Well, things seldom go as planned in the wonderful world of non-paid IT services (not that the paying bit has some drastic significance, but at least in that part your anger is righteous and bought for!).  Anyhow, to cut a long story short, the probabilistic analysis of Akuma, Zombies and Hida's Guidance was too much for the server and the database, and it ended up giving up the proverbial ghost (to add insult to injury - that happened while I was doing updates - Q faking Q).  The corruption creeped into the backups ... and the rest is history (and one more sleepless night for yours truly).

Site is now restored, with a slightly newer platform version that will allow us (hopefully) to do more (ye right).  Your posts and logins are gone though, so please register again.
